In keeping with it's medieval origins, Chateau de Guilleragues tries to stay in style and transport you back in time for an extraordinary authentic medieval experience. Of course, modern times didn't pass us by completely, as there are electricity, running water and modern sanitary facilities; not available to it's illustrious residents 500+ years ago.

This extraordinary fortified castle dates back to the 12th-16th century and was last remodeled in 1564 by the Lavergne family, who's most famous member was Gabriel-Joseph Lavergne de Guilleragues, secretary to the "Sun King" Louis XIV and ambassador to Constantinople in the 17th century.
